Take a 5-mile trip around Llyn Padarn past the 13th-century Dolbadarn Castle on this miniature steam train. The track follows a section of the 1845 slate railway route. Fantastic views up to Snowdon and around the mountains of Snowdonia. A 40 minute round trip.
Llyn Padarn is a moraine dammed lake 2 miles long and 29 metres deep. It was formed by glacial action and is one of the largest natural lakes in Wales.
