This once powerful church was bombed in WWII, and the ruins of the building house a museum in memory of the victims of the war. The tower is still standing and is the highest church tower in Hamburg; it offers an incredible view across the city, as well as a noteworthy landmark in the city skyline.
There is a lift up the tower and the panoramic view is accessible to all.
