An absolute hive of activity - if you catch it at the right time - the fish market is an amazing place to wander through and get a little piece of daily life in this beautiful port city.
The building itself has a history dating back centuries, and inside, you'll find everything from fish to clothes to flowers to tourist souvenirs.
You'll have to go on a Sunday, 0500--0930 in April to October, and 0730-0930 in November to March; it's an early start, but you can bet on a great breakfast ready for a busy day.
