The Holy Koneswaram Temple is a Hindu temple in Trincomalee that is also known as Thirukoneswaram. The temple is located on a rocky protrusion that is surrounded by the sea on three sides. This temple has been around for nearly three millennia, with records dating back to 1580 BC.
