A number of hotels along the beach offer kite surfing where you are given a short course by the experts before they take you out into the vast ocean. They also offer tours along Diani reef and to places like Funzi island and Gazi bay, with cold refreshments included. Extra charges are included if you want food provided. The charges are at an average range of USD $30 to $70 per person with a minimum of four people. I’d recommend this for independent surfers.
