The Lisbon Cathedral is the oldest and most important church in all of Lisbon. A short walk away from the Santa Luzia Observation Deck, this church has been standing here since 1755. Incredibly, it was one of the only churches to survive the terrible earthquake of the 18th century.
Entrance to the cathedral is free, but if you would like to explore the cloisters you will have to pay a small fee of 2.5€. The church has undergone several renovations in order to stay safely standing, but all of its original architecture has been preserved.
