The Kastrup Sea Bath, or Kastrup Søbad, is located in the sea of the Øresund Sound and connected to the beach via a long wooden bridge. From the baths, there are views of Sweden and Saltholm island.
It's a striking architectural accomplishment, built from wood, and designed to protect swimmers from the winds.
There are changing facilities, places to jump in from, and steps and ladders to get out of the sea. The water is deep, so non-swimmers might want to use the adjacent beach for enjoyment instead.
Even if you don't plan on bathing, the Sea Bath is well worth a visit for its striking imagery, and pleasant walk out into the sea.
