Built in the 1950s, one of the symbolic representations of Warsaw, The Palace of Culture and Science, also known as PKiN (Palac Kultury i Nauki), is located in downtown Warsaw. This high-rise tower serves as a multifunctional complex with several office buildings, museums, theatres, eateries and event halls. Surprisingly, it also holds a University, Collegium Civitas, on its 11th and 12th floors. In addition, the building hosted several historical events, including Rolling Stones concerts in 1967 and the Miss World finale in 2006.
You can enjoy the best panoramic views from the 30th-floor viewing terrace. The viewing terrace opens from 10 am to 8 am daily. You can either buy tickets at the entrance or purchase them online at: https://www.bilety.pkin.pl/.
Check out their website for ongoing events hosted at the tower during your trip.
